The Training & Placement cell of TCE, assists students in their search for a permanent, part-time, summer, temporary job and also training & internship . The cell receives and posts notices of job openings throughout India & abroad.
The Main aim of this cell is to investigates ways in which employers and students can be brought closer together and attempts to monitor professional employment opportunities and developments. A series of activities are undertaken throughout the year to enrich students’ employment options, e.g. résumé and job search strategy workshops, guest presentations. The School also seeks information about the careers of its graduates as an aid in planning future placement efforts.
The counselling for students is available for students and can discuss various issues with the advisors. It is designed both to help students plan their careers and choose appropriate courses, and to assist students who have particular concerns or problems. Students are assigned faculty advisors at the beginning of the first term. During the introductory week, they meet with their advisors for discussion. The training and Placement of our college enjoys very good rapport with the industries in and around Coimbatore.We get their support and assistance for implant training,educational visits,sponsoring of worthwhile projects and in many ways.
The cell is a part of the training and placement cell which is in-charge of arranging seminars to improve the students presentation skills.The students are trained to acquire presentation and documentation skills by making them to do many projects.Expert lectures are conducted on personality development by the training and placement cell of our college .
