The department of electronics and instrumentation is as old as the institution itself. This is the one and only college that is offering Electronics and Instrumentation engineering course for the past one decade under Bharathiar University with the few colleges following the suit. It was started initially as Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Due to advancement in the field of electronics and its growing importance the course was changed as Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. The department aims at shaping the young minds into cognizant candidates for the cumbersome needs of a dynamic and demanding industrial environment.
Our department candidates are taught to be taut thorough in the trade, as and when the situation demands to be so.
COINE-Congress Of Instrumentation Engineers Association
Our association is involved in the activity of conducting seminars, interactive meetings and special programmes to help our students upgrade themselves. Our students conduct group discussions on various related subjects with proper guidance from the well-experienced staff. The association conducts regular industrial visits to expose our students to industrial environment.
